15+ years of progressive product management experience

Oversaw rebuilding of a scalable commerce platform and business operations tools resulting in 300+ eCommerce sites across 30 brands in 45 markets

Ability to lead, scale and transform multiple product teams

Drove complex platform initiatives to rebuild applications, upgrade backend systems, integrate with external systems and enhance digital experiences across 4 portfolio of product teams delivering business growth from $375M to $1.2B

Cross-functional leadership and collaboration

Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong, strategic partnerships across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Data Science and Design to achieve ambitious goals.

Deep domain expertise in eCommerce, MarTech, SaaS and complex enterprise software environments

Lead the design and delivery of scalable systems including login, account management, checkout, payments, promotions, and post-purchase services. Lead global integrations of MarTech and SaaS solutions as well as data unification and automation.

Experience defining and executing sophisticated data platform strategies

Effective translate complex data assets into action marketing products, driving significant business value through advanced personalization, segmentation and cross-channel activation. Enabled experiences that supported customer service team, employees, technical partners, retailer and fulfillment systems to support loyalty, subscription, omni-channel and multi-channel services.

Executive-level communication, nuanced trade-off management and influential stakeholder leadership

Strong technical fluency

Comfortable discussing API, SDKs, platform tradeoffs, and collaborating effectively with engineering teams to architect, improve performance, resolve incidents, and document requirements.

Data driven decision-making

Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using data and insights to drive decisions (e.g., SQL, Excel, Looker). Able to build reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
